The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, animations, applications, texts as well as the information and finally all the elements contained in the application are protected under the Spanish Intellectual and Industrial Property Legislation in favor of FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ. Consequently, the use of said elements is totally prohibited, including their copying and / or publication, their digital processing, distribution, diffusion, modification, transformation or decompilation without written authorization from their owner.

Users can only use the material published in this application for their personal and private uses. If they are used for commercial purposes or for illegal activities it is prohibited. All rights derived from intellectual property are reserved by FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ.

FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ will guarantee compliance with the terms indicated in these conditions and the correct use of the contents included in its application through the exercise of all civil and criminal actions that may be applied in case of infringement or non-compliance of these rights by part of the users.

When accessing our application, you can do it in 3 ways:

1. Anonymous access to all the material, but not being able to make inquiries. In this case, no personal data of the user will be collected.
2. Individual access, to be able to manage your own queries.
3. Healthcare centre access, registers patients and manages their consultations for them (NOTE: In this case, if the person who registers is not the patient, they would need their authorization to upload their information to the Application)

If you register as an individual, the email, name, address and telephone number will be collected, as well as the password you have generated.

If you register as a healthcare centre, the email, clinical care entity, professional responsible for the Service, Name, Degree and Telephone will be collected, as well as the password you have generated.

If you provide your consent, we will have access to the camera, photo gallery, multimedia content and files on your device.

If you provide us with data through the different forms of communication of the application, you will identify yourself to be able to contact you, if necessary.

• In the case of accessing as an individual or healthcare centre, we will use the information provided, not the data for research, educational and healthcare purposes

The consent of the interested party in those cases where to make a request it is necessary to fill in a form and make a "click" on the send button, the realization of the same will necessarily imply that he has been informed and has expressly granted his consent to the content of the clause attached to said form or acceptance of the privacy policy.

All our forms have the * symbol in the mandatory data. If you do not provide these fields, or do not mark the checkbox of acceptance of the privacy policy, the sending of the information will not be allowed. It usually has the following formula: "I am over 14 and I have read and accept the Privacy Policy."

The application development and maintenance company will have access to our application. They will have signed a service provision contract that requires them to maintain the same level of privacy as us.

• To access your personal data.
• To request the rectification of your data if they are inaccurate.
• To request the deletion of your data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or if you withdraw the consent granted.
• To request the limitation of the processing of your data, in some cases, in which case we will only keep them in accordance with current regulations.

FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ has implemented the technical and organizational measures in accordance with the current obligations in the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data EU 2016/679 and the Current Legislation. These security measures are appropriate for the data to be provided and, in addition, all the technical means and measures at its disposal have been implemented to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access to the data provided by users.

FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, caused by decisions made based on the information shown in the application, since said site, as well as its content, may vary, change and / or be eliminated in any time without any legal requirement of prior notifications.

In addition, FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ is not responsible for any damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections that affect the operation of your device, caused by circumstances beyond the owner of the application, such as delays or blockages in the use of said systems caused by defects or overload of the Internet or other electronic systems.

FUNDACIÓN EDUCATIVA PADRE OSSÓ cannot be held responsible for the infractions committed by users of any applicable legislation when using this application.

In any type of controversy, the applicable legislation will be Spanish legislation and the competent jurisdiction for the resolution of any type of controversy that may arise from the use of this application and from any operation that can be carried out through it are the Courts of Justice of Oviedo, however, if you are a consumer, this does not imply your resignation to the jurisdiction that corresponds to you.
